With the development of science and technology, electronic products tend to be light and small.

However, the heat dissipation problem of the core components of electronic products restricts the development of lightweight miniaturization. Especially, due to the change of lightweight miniaturization, the heat dissipation area of circuit boards decreases greatly, and the surface heat dissipation effect of circuit boards becomes worse.

Because the heat generated by the components on the circuit board can not be emitted quickly, the working temperature of the circuit board rises sharply, which affects the normal operation of the components. Especially, the multi-layer board will have some bad phenomena such as interlayer bubbling and delamination, which will directly lead to the failure of electronic products. Therefore, we propose a single-sided LED circuit board.

In order to achieve rapid heat dissipation of circuit boards and solve the problem of poor heat dissipation of existing circuit boards, which affects the normal operation of components. We provide the following technical scheme: an LED single-sided circuit board, including a board, the board includes an insulating substrate, the upper and lower sides of the outer surface of the insulating substrate are fixedly connected with conductive film, the conductive film is fixedly connected with a thermal conductive coating on one side far from the insulating substrate, the surface of the board is provided with through holes, and both sides of the through hole are provided with the surface of the board. The inner surface of the pad hole is welded with an LED lamp. The upper surface of the plate body is fixedly connected with a front covering film.

Compared with the existing technology, the beneficial effects of this scheme are as follows:

1. A thermal conductive coating is fixed on the side of the conductive film away from the insulating substrate. Thermal conductivity layer can enhance heat dissipation on both sides of PCB. It effectively improves the heat dissipation capacity of the circuit board, solves the problem of poor heat dissipation of the existing circuit board, thus affecting the normal operation of components.

2. The conductive film is fixed on the upper and lower sides of the outer surface of the insulating substrate, which effectively improves the conductivity of the circuit board and reduces the loss of electric energy and the calorific value of components.

What is a Single-sided PCB board?

Single Sided PCB board (single layer PCB board) contains only one layer of conductive material, which is most suitable for low density design. Since the late 1950s, single-sided PCB boards have existed and still dominate the global market in absolute quantities. Single-sided printed circuit boards are easy to design and manufacture. They are the most cost-effective platforms in the industry. Like Led Lighting products, most LED PCB use one layer of PCB, Fr4 or aluminum.

A thin layer of conductive but electrically insulated dielectrics is laminated with copper. Solder masks are usually used on top of copper.

Fr4, CEM1, CEM-3 are normal, and metal core materials are also welcomed by single-sided PCB.

• Use one professional PCB vacuum bag, with desiccant inside. Vacuum compressed totally.
• Paste label and RoHs mark. Use second vacuum bag to protect boards again, vacuum compressed, make sure no exception.
• Microsection report and Tin testing board are put together with PCB in cartons.COC (Certificate of Conformity) will be sent to customer by email in PDF.
• Several layers of thick EPE(Expand aple poly ephylene) are filled fully in gaps between PCBs and cartons. Thickness of 1 layer EPE is 10mm.
• Neutral Packing is adopted if no special requirements. Strong and thick cartons(Thickness:10mm,7 layers). Different sizes of cartons are designed to meet demand of different PCB size. All package are within weight limit of cartons. For mass production order, no exceed 21kg per carton normally.
• All cartons sealed with strong adhesive tape should be sealed twice so as to make them more durable.
• Solid PP/PET strapping is used outside of cartons.
• Shipping mark, fragile mark and postcode label are all pasted clearly.
